    No — one license, one store. Need it on a second store? Buy a second license. Migrating to a new domain on the same store is free; email us to rebind your license.
  • Do I get updates?
    Yes — lifetime, included. We email you when a new version ships, you re-download the zip and reactivate. Your license stays bound to your store across versions.
  • What if I need a refund?
    14 days from purchase, no questions asked, full refund. After 14 days we look case-by-case (unfixable technical issues, theme-side bugs we can't ship a patch for). No refunds on stores that have processed live orders.
  • How do I install Maison?
    Download the zip from your purchase email, then in Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip → Activate. Paste your license key in theme settings. Five minutes total.
  • Do I need to know how to code?
    No. Maison is built for the theme editor. Every section, block, color, and font lives in the editor. We have intentionally avoided patterns that need code edits.
  • Where do I get help?
    Reply to your purchase email or write to support@tractionify.com. We answer every email; expect a response within one business day.
